Security Disclosures

If you discover a security vulnerability, please contact us privately at security@ghostconvert.cc instead of disclosing it publicly. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will work to address the issue promptly.

What to Email Us About

Useful reasons to write include:

Bug reports. A short description, the browser and operating system you were using, and — if you can share it — the type of file that triggered the bug. We never need a copy of the file itself; the metadata above is usually enough to reproduce the issue.
Format requests. Suggestions for new input or output formats. We add formats when there's a real, repeatable use case, not just because the codec exists.
Privacy questions. Anything you'd want to verify about how a conversion runs, what does or doesn't leave your device, or how to confirm a claim in our privacy policy.
Partnership, press, or academic inquiries. Reach out via email and we'll route the message to the right person.

Response Time

We're a small team, so we aim to respond within two business days. Security disclosures usually get a first acknowledgment within a few hours.
